Get HackOffer for your desktop
The desktop app hears the whole call, not just the tab you shared with a browser, and keeps the panel above the window you are talking into — where standard screen share cannot capture it.

macOS asks for Screen Recording. Your screen is captured only when you ask.
On first launch macOS will ask for Screen Recording permission. It covers two things HackOffer does: hearing the call, because the framework that taps system audio on macOS — ScreenCaptureKit — is filed under Screen Recording even when only sound is taken, and the screenshot you take with a shortcut so that a task on your screen can be answered. The screen is captured at that keypress and at no other moment, the image travels with that one question and is not kept, and no audio is stored on our servers.
Grant it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then quit HackOffer and open it again. macOS only hands the new permission to a freshly started process, so the app will keep failing to hear the call until it has been relaunched.
Windows needs none of this — there the system mixer is available to the app directly.
On Windows, SmartScreen may stop the first launch
The Windows installer is not signed with a certificate yet, so SmartScreen warns about it. Choose "More info", then "Run anyway". It is a one-off — after that HackOffer opens like any other app. On macOS the app is signed and notarized by Apple and opens without this step.
