Interview answers, hidden from screen share
HackOffer hears the question and writes the answer from your own resume, onto a panel a screen share cannot capture. For any role and any round: behavioral, coding or system design.
Your first 30 minutes are free, no card.
Tell me about a time you pushed back on a decision.
- The decision: rewrite billing eight weeks before launch. The team wanted a clean rebuild; we had one customer waiting and no slack in the date.
The panel as it renders over a call. Nothing behind it is captured by it, and nothing in it is captured by a screen share.
Who it is for

How it works
Three steps, and you only do the first
Add what you want it to know, open the panel on the call, and read. Everything in between is automatic.
- Before the call
Give it your resume
Upload your resume, the job description and any notes. They go into every answer whole, so what the panel suggests is your experience (your projects, your numbers, your stack) and not a generic candidate’s.
- On the call
It hears the question as it is asked
It listens to the room on one track and to you on another, and spots a question the moment the sentence closes, on your machine, in a fraction of a second. Nothing joins the meeting, and the audio never passes through our servers.
- Every question
It writes the answer onto the panel
The reply streams onto the panel token by token, phrased for what was just asked and built from the documents you gave it. It is there before you have finished drawing breath, and it is on no one’s screen but yours.
Features
What you actually get
No waitlist features, no roadmap items dressed up as capabilities.
Listening
Answers while they are still asking
A suggested answer starts streaming onto the panel the moment a question is heard, so you are never caught blank. Every question the call has asked stays in a strip above it, and you step back to any of them at any moment: by shortcut, without taking your hands off the keyboard, or with a click.
Answers from your resume, not from a template
Your resume, the job description and your notes go into every answer whole: nothing is shortened, summarised or picked from. So the panel suggests your projects, your numbers and your stack, not a plausible candidate’s.
One shortcut for what is on your screen
Capture the coding task, the diagram or the slide with one shortcut. The answer is about the thing you captured: working code for the task on screen, not a guess from what was said about it.
Ask it something yourself
Type a question of your own mid-call: a fact you need, a name you have lost, what was said ten minutes ago. It answers from the transcript and your documents, and it answers you, not the room.
Read the call back afterwards
Every call is kept as a session: the full transcript with who said what, each question that was detected and the answer written for it, at the minute it happened. The session stays in your list; its words are held for 30 days, and you can delete them sooner.
Works with the call you are already on
Nothing joins the meeting. The app listens to the sound your computer is already making, so the call can run on any of these, or on whatever your company uses instead of them.

For engineers
Two more things, for the technical rounds
Coding
The app reads the task off your screen
Coding calls too. The app listens for the question, and when a task is shared on the screen (an algorithm, a bug to find, a function to write), one shortcut captures it. What comes back is working code for that exact task, with the complexity, not a description of an approach.
Try for freeDesign mode
The whiteboard draws the system while you talk
A system design round is forty minutes about one system, and half of the answer is on the board. Switch design mode on and the panel keeps a brief with the numbers, the architecture as a diagram and the data model, redrawing only the part the last question changed. The bullets to say land in half a second; the drawing follows a moment later, and copies out as Mermaid for Excalidraw. Design mode is on the Hacker plan.
Pricing
One plan and one limit: Free gives you thirty minutes of session time to try it with, Hacker takes the limit away and adds the design whiteboard. No credits, nothing to top up.

Find out on a test call
Install the desktop app, open the panel and press Test call. A recorded interviewer asks three questions through your speakers, and you watch the answers arrive — built from your resume, in the language of your interviews. Free, and it does not touch your minutes.
